Nutella Nutella Kiss Cookies Recipe

NUTELLA RECIPE: If you love Nutella as much as i do, and want to try making some tasty cookies be less crispy, more chewy this might be the option.

 

The kiss cookies can be crunchy or chewy, it depends on the baking time, with a nutella-chocolate kiss in the center.

 

I think you can even twist this recipe and swap Nutella for Peanut Butter, totally up to you.

Even without nutella, honestly speaking, these cookies are marvelous on their own. I actually prefer them any way because I can eat unlimited cookies since it take no-time to make them.

 

I realized while watching people eat these that after the first two cookies consumed, people tend to take off the Kiss to eat the next cookie. It might be a darwinian rule, hidden in the brain that goes on when humans see a "cherry" on top of something... but yes, everybody does that. Just like with Oreos, somehow, everyone has separated the two cookies to eat first ONLY the cream.

    200gr Nutella

     

    180gr Flour

     

    110gr Butter ( softened )

     

    65gr Granulated Sugar

     

    65gr Light Brown Sugar

     

    1 Egg

     

    30ml Milk

     

    5gr Vanilla Extract

     

    5gr Baking Soda

     

    2 gr Salt

     

    Some Granulated Sugar




  • Imperial:

     

     

     

    7oz Nutella

     

    6.3oz Flour

     

    3.8oz Butter ( softened )

     

    2.2oz Granulated Sugar

     

    2.2oz Light Brown Sugar

     

    1 Egg

     

    1oz Milk

     

    0.17oz Vanilla Extract

     

    0.17oz Baking Soda

     

    0.07oz Salt

     

    Some Granulated Sugar




  • Cups:

     

     

     

    0.6 cup Nutella

     

    1.5 cups Flour

     

    1 Stick Butter ( softened )

     

    0.3 cup Granulated Sugar

     

    0.3 cup Light Brown Sugar

     

    2 tablespoons Milk

     

    1 Egg

     

    1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

     

    1 teaspoon Baking Soda

     

    0.25 teaspoon Salt

     

    Some Granulated Sugar




 

 

 

Directions:


 

01 - Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F.

 

02 - In a bowl, beat the nutella, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda until well combined.

 

03 - In a second bowl beat the egg, milk, and vanilla.

 

04 - Combine slowly the egg and the rutella mixture.

 

05 - Now, slowly, add the flour and beat it till a dough is obtained.

 

06 - Break the dough into small balls and roll them in some granulated sugar.

 

08 - Place the cookies on an ungreased cooking sheet, apart from each other.

 

09 - Bake for about 8 minutes, or until lightly browned.

 

10 - As soon as the cookies are ready remove them from the oven flat the balls and press a thumb ( or a spoon ) right in the middle in order to create a small alcova there you wil eventually place the nutella.

 

11 - Let the cookies cool, and place a "kiss" of nutella in the alcova. Serve.
