NUTELLA RECIPE: Making your own croissants is not difficult; there's no special equipment or hard-to-find ingredients required, especially if you are cheating and decide to use a crescent pastry sheet. I'm a lazy chef. Especially when it comes to sweet stuff. I just got to eat, as soon as possible.

What is necessary here is not a good technique but to have all ingredients already at home. Imagine... you are watching a movie, your favourite comedy, and the main character goes for breakfast... all of them do that at least once in each comedy. And... you feel like eating a banana chocolate croissant.

    2 Crescent Pastry Sheets

    300gr Nutella

    2 Bananas

    Sugar and Cinnamon




  • Imperial:

     

     

     

    2 Crescent Pastry Sheets

    10.5oz Nutella

    2 Bananas

    Sugar and Cinnamon




  • Cups:

     

     

     

    2 Crescent Pastry Sheets

    1 cup Nutella

    2 Bananas

    Sugar and Cinnamon




 

 

 

Directions:


 

01 - Preheat the oven to 200C / 390F.

02 - Spread the crescent dough out on a flat surface.

03 - Cut the dough into 4 large triangles.

 

05 - Spread one tablespoon of Nutella on each triangle.

 

 

 

06 - Cut the Banana lengthwise in two halves and coat them with Sugar and Cinnamon mix.

 

07 - Spread some Sugar and Cinnamon Mix over all four triangles.

 

 

 

08 - Place the banana slices on the base of each triangle.


09 - Carefully roll the dough up.

10 - Place the croissants on an ungreased baking sheet.

 

11 - Brush the croissants with egg wash and sprinkle some extra Sugar and Cinnamon mix.

 

12 - Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
