TRADITIONAL FRENCH RECIPE: This might not be a traditional french recipe but the mousse is.
This Chocolate Mousse with marshmallow is perfect when you don't have or don't feel like using raw eggs.

300ml Cream
250gr Dark Chocolate
150gr White Marshmallows

Cups:
1.25 cups Cream
2 bars Dark Chocolate
1 bag White Marshmallows
4 tablespoons Hot Water
2 tablespoons Butter
( unsulted - room temperature )
1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
Directions:
01 - Place the Marshmallows, Butter, Chocolate, Water and Cocoa Powder into a heat-proof bowl. Put the bowl in a pot with boiling water until everything has melted. Stir to a smooth homogeneous mixture. Set aside to cool.
02 - Whip the Cream until thick, and then fold it into the Chocolate Mixture.
03 - Pour the Mixture into small ramekins and chill for about 2 hours before serving.
