TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: Chocolate salami is an Italian and Portuguese dessert made from dark chocolate, broken cookies, butter, eggs and originalli, a bit of port wine or rum.

The dessert became popular across Europe and elsewhere, often losing alcohol as an ingredient along the way.

Chocolate salami is not a meat product... so if you expect to eat Italian Salami and Chocolate... you are sick in the head! That's the most disgusting thing ever! :D Kidding! Actually there are recipes with Salami and Chocolate tugether, but... seriously guys... Salami and Chcolate?

The appellation "salami" stems from physical resemblance. Like salami, chocolate salami is formed as a long cylinder and is sliced across into discs for serving. But it could have been called Chocolate Penis... or Chocolate Poo... or Chocolate Tyson's Arm!
Ooooooh... everyone calling me a razist now! Come on... that's a joke!
I actually had a black girlfriend for 3 years, and i love black women. I truly think to be so sexy.
About my friends, I mock them for the colour of their skin, and they mock me for having a smaller penis... AND... everyone is happy and laughs!
My rule is to never take things too seriously.... and peace and love! :)

So, back to the Chocolate Tyson's Arm... ehehehe... just kidding! So, back to the Chocolate Salami Recipe... you can even try my other recipe "Nutella Salami".

Many people do not feel comfortable eating raw eggs... yet, raw eggs are very safe to eat as far as the farmer you got them from is clean.

I was born in Italy and i never heard of a person getting sick with eggs. Then i moved to the UK, and there, getting sick with egg products is actually very common. Now i live in Japan... same as in Italy. Never heard anyone getting sick with eggs.

So, don't start commenting with studies, statistics and such about the risks of Eggs... eggs are fine... as far as the place you get them from is clean. End of the Story! ;)

If you get sick, don't lay the blame on the recipe, lay the blame on the company that sold you the eggs. Collect the vomit, the egg shells from the bin, and go straight to a lawyer! ;) FUCK BIG EVIL CORPORATIONS!!!
