TRADITIONAL AMERICAN RECIPE: Put this spaghetti into a carton box and you'll see right there how asian this dish really is.

These Peanut Noodles are covered in a flavorful peanut sauce for a unique dish that will have your family begging for more.

Before you go running the other direction, hear me out. These noodles are like nothing you’ve had before. It’s regular Spaghetti covered in an Asian inspired peanut sauce.

If you are allergic to nuts, then I’m really sorry.

There’s just enough sauce for the Pasta. It's a dish supposed to be kind of dry, so If you love your noodles drowning in sauce, you might want to double the sauce.

This is some sort of food-orgy between chinese and american cuisine. When I used to live in New York I often ordered my meal from the Chinese restaurant near my house, and they used to put Peanut butter-y sesame noodles in every delivery, for free. It was something i did not like at first, but it really got me little by little. Now, i love it.

This Crunchy Peanut Butter Pasta recipe is a really easy recipe that tastes equally good served hot, warm, or cold. Good for a packed lunch.

When making this recipe you cannot leave out Soy Sauce. That's a must. It really gives the dish a completely different taste.

    400gr Spaghetti

     

    125gr Crunchy Peanut Butter

     

    40gr Chopped Scallions

    ( reserve a few for garnish )

     

    30gr Soy Sauce

     

    30gr Chicken Broth

     

    21gr Honey

     

    10gr Fresh Minced Ginger

     

    15ml Olive Oil

     

    2 Garlic Cloves

    ( minced )




  • Imperial:

     

     

     

    14.1oz Spaghetti

     

    4.4oz Crunchy Peanut Butter

     

    1.4oz Chopped Scallions

    ( reserve a few for garnish )

     

    1oz Soy Sauce

     

    1oz Chicken Broth

     

    0.74oz Honey

     

    0.35oz Fresh Minced Ginger

     

    0.45oz Olive Oil

     

    2 Garlic Cloves

    ( minced )




  • Cups:

     

     

     

    5 handfuls Spaghetti

     

    0.5 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter

     

    0.25 cup Chopped Scallions

    ( reserve a few for garnish )

     

    2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

     

    0.33 cup Chicken Broth

     

    1 tablespoon Honey

     

    1.5 tbsp Fresh Minced Ginger

     

    1 tablespoon Olive Oil

     

    2 Garlic Cloves

    ( minced )




 

 

 

Directions:


 

01 - Cook Pasta according to package directions.

 

02 - Combine Peanut Butter, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Olive Oil, Honey, and Chicken Broth in a small saucepan. Heat gently, stirring constantly, until smooth.

 

03 - Drain Pasta and toss together with the Sauce.

 

04 - Serve garnished with a few chopped Scallions and a curl of Ginger.
