TRADITIONAL AMERICAN RECIPE: These pancakes are bananas.Seriously, they are literally made from bananas. And eggs. Eggs and bananas. That's it. Two main ingredients, whisked together and given a little skillet love, are truly something magical.
Fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and delicately flavored with vanilla and cinnamon, these are phenomenal banana pancakes.
The recipe is not adapted from anyone's cookbook, but it's truly traditional, which only proves how easy they are to make. I love them with a simple drizzle of maple syrup but if you want to dress them up and hint at what’s inside, top them with fresh sliced bananas and a dusting of confectioners’ sugar. You'll love them!

Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl mash the Bananas and add the Eggs. Wisk to combine.
02 - Add Vanilla and Cinnamon and mix.
03 - Oil a pan and once the pan is hot enough, pour in the Pancake mixture.
04 - When you cook the Pancakes, all you need to remember is that when the upper side of the Pancake is blistering and bubbling it's time to cook the second side. This will take about 1 minute each side.
