Pumpkin Spice Latte ( affectionately known as PSL ) is Starbucks most popular seasonal beverage of all time. Pumpkin Spice Latte is the rock star of latte, the queen of froth, the obsession of millions... is THE Pumpkin Spice Latte.
It's made with pumpkin spice sauce with real pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, espresso and steamed milk, and topped off with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie topping.
Variations of the pumpkin latte and PSL range from 47 grams to 116 grams of sugar per large serving—well above the American Heart Association's recommended 24 grams of added sugar per day.

2 shots Espresso Coffee
2 tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Chinese Five Spices
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ginger
0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg

1 tablespoon Vanille Extract

Directions:
01 - Warm the Milk in a small saucepan over low heat, making sure it doesnt boil.
02 - Mix in Pumpkin Puree and still well to combine.
03 - Add all the Sugar, Chinese Five Spices, Cinnamon, Ginger and Nutmeg.
04 - Whisk in Coffee and Vanilla Extract if you have decided to use it.
05 - Remove the saucepan from the heat and serve the drinks in two separate mugs.
06 - Top with Whipped cream and a sprinkle of Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice.

Notes:
- Milk: this tastes best with 2% or whole milk, but you can substitute with skim milk. Non-dairy milk like soy, almond, or coconut milk will also work.
- Sugar: This recipe calls for 1 to 3 tablespoons of sugar. You can also use a sugar substitute.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend: Find pumpkin pie spice at the store or make it at home. You likely have everything you need to make it already. Mix the following spices in a spice jar: 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon + 2 teaspoons ground ginger + 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg + a pinch of ground cloves.
