4 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
( Usutah So-su )
4 teaspoons Ketchup
4 teaspoons Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Sugar
(add more sugar if you don't use Japanese Bulldog Worcestershire sauce)
Directions:
01 - Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
02 - Adjust the sauce according to your liking.
Notes:
- You can use Tomato Sauce instead of Ketchup but you'll have to add extra Sugar.
- Keep it in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
