TRADITIONAL JAPANESE RECIPE: These wings are one of the most popular chicken side dish for most people in Japan. This recipe makes the chicken experience much healthier as they are broiled in the oven instead of deep-fried. This is an alternative to Tebasaki Chicken wings, which are seasoned and deep fried.
These Broiled Chicken Wings are super easy to make with very few ingredients.

1 tbsp Sake
1/4 tsp Salt

Directions:
01 - Place all the ingredients in a medium-saze bowl.
02 - Rub Chicken in the mixture. Cover with cling film and let sit for 1 hour at room temperature.
03 - Lay the soaked Chicken in one layer in a baking dish
( Do not use aluminum foil LEARN MORE )
04 - Broil for 10 minutes or so, flip, and bake for at least 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
