TRADITIONAL JAPANESE RECIPE: Summer is probably the best time to eat fresh corn. This is a fresh and crispy Corn Salvad with Ponzu Sauce I have, very quick and easy to make this corn salad is a famous Japanese side dish.
Ponzu Sauce is normally used with meat and tofu, but it is also great with vegetable. It goes well n Salads, with or without oil.
If you are not really into Ponzu Sauce then, you can try with some Hot Sauce.
