TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: Who doesn’t love Mozzarella? Mix that with Ham and Peas and you have a full meal.
When I was super young, about 8, my sister was in change of this dish. Each one of us was in charge of a couple of dishes, and this one was under my oldest sister's jurisdiction, and everytime I make it I feel a bit melancholic. I loved that time of my life. The smell of peas and ham. My mother and father sitting with us kids waiting for my sister to serve the dinner.
This is my family's recipe. Instead of cream I used a mozzarella.
Enjoy!
