TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: Pasta salads are perfect for lunchboxes, picnics and barbecues... and they are super healthy too.
You might have already guessed it though, it's because of the word 'salad', it makes us feel healthy while still being able to stuff our face with carbs!
Pasta salads are generally simple to prepare, delicious and as diverse as you want them to be.
In this recipe we have thrown in fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and basil. Plreatty simple.

400gr Pasta
250gr Tomatoes
1 Big Buffalo-Mozzarella Cheese
50ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Basil Leaves
Salt and Black Pepper

5 handfuls Pasta
About 3 Plum Tomatoes
1 Big Buffalo-Mozzarella Cheese
2.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Basil Leaves
Salt and Black Pepper
Directions:
01 - Start cooking the Pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water.
02 - In the meanwhile, drain and thinly slice the Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese.
03 - Wash and chop the Tomatoes.
04 - Chop the Basil Leaves.
05 - Place everything in a large salad bowl and top with Oil.
05 - Drain the Pasta al dente and move it into the salad bowl and toss everything.
06 - Adjust with Salt and Pepper. Serve.
Notes:
- You can cool the Margherita Pasta Salad in the fridge for 1 hour and serve it cold.
