TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: We all did it come on. I'm italia, a proud italian man in my 30s and I have done this a million times. I don't always have a ready baguette, ciabatta or pugliese bread at home, in fact it is more probable even for me to have around some regular slices, what we call Pan Carre'.
So, yes, this is the lazy Bruschetta. A litthe bit of salt, oil and a couple fo tomatoes. This simple tricky recipe will allow you to stay home, instead of going around looking for the right bread. Because no-one is perfect!

Directions:
01 - Toast the slices of bread.
02 - Give the Tomatoes a wash, remove their cores and carefully squeeze out some of the seeds. Then chop them.
03 - Drizzled the Bread with some good Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkled with Salt.
04 - Top with humble and luxurious chopped Cherry Tomatoes and Oregano. Enjoy.

Notes:
- You can add some Garlic to give some extra taste to your Bruschetta. After Direction Number 01, lightly rub the toasted Bread a couple of times with a cut clove of Garlic.
