TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: Every holiday feast needs a protein of some sort…unless, of course, you’re vegan or vegetarian – then I guess your stuck eating some sort of scary tofurkey!
For my protein, I've decided to forgo roasting the usual whole Turkey. The breast meat turned out so incredibly moist and flavorful.
I’m not going to tell you to replace your traditional roasted turkey with this recipe, however, if you’re looking for a figure-friendly and convenient way to enjoy turkey, today’s recipe is a good option either to supplement your whole turkey any time of year.

Cups:
Turkey Breasts for 6 people
( Boneless and Skinless )
1 cup White Wine
4 Cloves Garlic
A little Flour
( for dredging )
Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Sage
( or 25 Leaves )
1.5 teaspoons Dried Rosemary
1.5 teaspoons Dried Thyme
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 175C / 350F degrees.
02 - Oil a baking dish.
03 - Chop all the Herbs and 2 of the Garlic Cloves very finely. Add the flour, place the powder in a small bowl and season with Salt and Pepper and set aside.
04 - Roll each Breast in the Herby Powder and place in the pan.
05 - Lay the Turkey Breasts into the prepared dish.
06 - Top everything spraying some extra Oil.
07 - Bring up to heat carefully and light brown on all sides for 10 minutes.
08 - Add a cup of White Wine and cook until it has nearly all evaporated.
09 - Towards the end, add the Rosemary and 2 Garlic Cloves ( finely chopped ) right on top and cook for a further 2 minutes.
10 - Serve with or without the Sauce left.
Notes:
- With a small cooking syringe, inject some Wine into each Breast through different points.
