TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: I probably developed a love for baking.
Before my love for cooking was general and based on the fun i had after the meal. I usually call success when i have no much to wash up. Baking... is heaven!
This Chocolate Cream filling is the perfect example! It has the simplest ingredients–put them all together and you create a masterpiece of a cream. It's Nigella Proof! I'm pretty sure she can't get it wrong!
While i never do anything for mine, I get really excited for other people's birthday each year because I love to make my own cakes! I'm a freaking housewife!
I know most people would want someone else to make their birthday cake but I LOVE making mine! Unless of course my mom makes it, which she always did growing up. She was a Chef... a great Italian Chef.
My birthday cake of choice was always The Sponge Cake with some coffee in it and Custard Cream feeling. However, the croisants and doughnuts with chocolate filling wasn't bad at all.
If you’re a chocolate lover, you HAVE to try this! A simple moist chocolate cream. It’s HEAVEN.

250gr Chocolate Bar

250gr Heavy Cream
15gr Unsalted Butter
( at room temperature )

1 cup Chocolate Bar
( coarsely chopped )
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
( at room temperature )
Directions:
01 - Place the Chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl. Set aside.
02 - Place Cream in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
03 - Pour over the Chocolate and let stand until the Chocolate has softened. This should take about 5 minutes.
04 - Add Butter and stir until smooth. Let cool slightly before using.
