TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: I have a thing for bread – give me a baguette and I’m good to go. So when thinking of starter recipes, I naturally think of Bruschetta.
Cream Cheese and Dill are combined to create a deliciously spreadable cream. Finish it off with Smoked Salmon and you’ve got yourself a sophisticated and delicious appetizer that’s perfect for a weeknight at home or casual weekend entertaining.
20 minute appetizers that look fancy like something you’d find in a high-end restaurant. Nobody needs to know that they’re totally effortless to make!
How much would you pay for this at the restaurant? Forget that aweful overprice... this is easy to make with easy to find ingredients.
I gave it to try to my wife, who's Japanese, and she said that this Smoked Salmon Soft Cheese Bruschetta was definitely a keeper. In fact, I can’t remember the last time she expressed so much enthusiasm for a fancy looking appetizer! And let's be honest... Japanese people are not really good at expressing emotions!
Double Win! I made my wife happy... and finally found out she is not a robot! YO!
The smoked salmon can be layered on thick like I did. Or you can cut the quantity by half to make them lighter.
