Directions:



01 - Begin by chopping the Potatoes, Celery, Onion, and Ham.

02 - Place the chopped Potatoes, Celery, Onion, and Ham into a large pot.

03 - Pour Water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and let the Mixture simmer until the Potatoes are tender, which should take about 10-15 minutes.

04 - Stir in the Chicken Bouillon.

05 - Add White or Black Pepper, as well as Salt to the mixture until the taste is to your liking. Turn the heat off and set aside.



06 - In a separate saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the Butter.

07 - Add Flour to the saucepan and cook and stir until the mixture becomes thick, which should take about 1 minute.

08 - Gradually whisk Milk into the saucepan and cook until the mixture thickens, which should take about 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.



09 - Add the Milk mixture to the pot with the Potatoes, Celery, Onion, and Ham prepared in Step 05. Cook until everything is warmed through and has reached your desired thickness. Serve hot.
