Directions:
01 - Slice the Mushrooms.
02 - Dice the Onion.
03 - In a large heavy saucepan, simmer the sliced Mushrooms, Chicken Broth, diced Onion, and Thyme over low heat until the Vegetables are tender, which usually takes around 10 to 15 minutes.
