TRADITIONAL JAPANESE RECIPE: As much as I wanted to grill some corn to go with my Honey-Spiced Chicken, I didn't want to deal with the oppressive heat and humidity and the HORRIBLE mosquito situation we've been having. Plus, I realized that not everyone has the ability to grill corn (maybe you live in an apartment or don't have a grill), so I decided I'd do everything via the stove.

Directions:
01 - Boil the Corn Ears in unsalted water for 2 minutes.
02 - In a bowl, mix Soy Sauce and Mirin.
03 - Place the Corns on a grill and cook for 5 minutes.
04 - Brush each Corn with the Soy Sauce and Mirin mixture while the Corns are still on the grill. Serve.
