TRADITIONAL JAPANESE RECIPE: Tuna-jaga is a variation of Nikujaga, but instead of beef and all the usual other vegetables, here it’s just a can of tuna and potatoes in this dish. It is incredibly easy to make but still an excellent side dish for your dinner.

Cups:
2 cups Water
4 Potatoes
( peeled )
1 can Tuna
( less if drained )
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Sake
2 tablespoons Sugar
Directions:
01 - Cut the Potatoes into 4 pieces.
02 - Boil them into Water and cook them covered at medium heat for 15 minutes, or until the Potatoes are tender.
03 - Add the Tuna, Sugar, Soy Sauce, and Sake and stir well.
04 - Cook uncovered for another 15 minutes.
05 - Without removing the cover let it cool for 30 minutes.
