TRADITIONAL JAPANESE RECIPE: If you enjoy the refreshing salads served at Japanese restaurants, this delicious Ginger Dressing recipe is for you. Made with ginger, honey, vinegar and soy sauce, this sweet-tangy dressing will zest up your salad! It's light, refreshing and healthy too!

  • Metric:

     

     

     

    30ml Rice Vinegar

     

    15ml Soy Sauce

     

    15ml Vegetable Oil

     

    6gr Fresh Ginger
    ( peeled and grated )

     

    4gr Honey

     

     

     

    Optional:

     

    Half Clove Garlic
    ( minced )

     

    Sesame Oil
    ( to taste )

     

    Sesame Seeds
    ( just a pinch )




  • Imperial:

     

     

     

    1oz Rice Vinegar

     

    0.5oz Soy Sauce

     

    0.5oz Vegetable Oil

     

    0.2oz Fresh Ginger
    ( peeled and grated )

     

    0.1oz Honey

     

     

     

    Optional:

     

    Half Clove Garlic
    ( minced )

     

    Sesame Oil
    ( to taste )

     

    Sesame Seeds
    ( just a pinch )




  • Cups:

     

     

     

    2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar

     

    1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

     

    1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

     

    1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
    ( peeled and grated )

     

    1 teaspoon Honey

     

     

     

    Optional:

     

    Half Clove Garlic
    ( minced )

     

    Sesame Oil
    ( to taste )

     

    Sesame Seeds
    ( just a pinch )




 

 

 

Directions:


 

01 - Peel and grate the Fresh Ginger and combine all the ingredients.

 

02 - Let everything sit on the side for about 10 minutes before serving.
