TRADITIONAL JAPANESE RECIPE: Fruit Parfait looks great in a glass, but can also be made in a bowl. It's a popular dessert you can find at many cafes in Japan. It is like an ice cream sundae with a lot of fruit. It looks very pretty with colorful and decorative cut fruit, and also of course, it is a delicious sweet.
Use your favorite fruit, or whatever is in season.

Directions:
01 - Whip Heavy Cream and Sugar to soft peaks. Keep refrigerated until needed.
02 - Cut Strawberries ( leave a couple of whole ones for topping ) and Peaches into very small pieces.
03 - Cut the rest of the fruits into the sizes appropriate for your serving dish (please watch our video for reference).
04 - In a parfait or ice cream dish, add chopped Strawberries, Corn Flakes, Ice Cream, Peaches, and a scoop of Ice Cream.
05 - Decorate with all the fruits around Ice Cream.
06 - Pipe Whipped Cream and add a Cherry on top of Ice Cream.
