Metric:
400gr Short Pasta
100gr Butter
50gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sage
Optional:
Parmigiano Cheese
( grated )
TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: I eat pasta once or twice a day. For me it is like rice is to Japanese people.
I know, butter is not healthy, and you shouldn't eat it. But... it's tasty. I like it. A lot.
In this recipe the Pasta, short in this case ( long pasta doesn't really work ), is soaked in Butter and oil. I added oil to reduce the amount of butter.
This recipe is not hard at all, unless you decide to take a shower while making it. In that case you will probably mess it up.
Adding some cooking water to the Butter will thicken it, avoiding to use milk or cream.
Buon Appetito!

This was delicious. I really enjoyed it so much and it took me 2 minutes to literally make it. I used sage leaves and powdered sage.
