240gr Low-Moisture Mozzarella
120gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil
15gr Oregano
For the Pizza Sauce:
1L. Italian Passata di Pomodoro
( or half Passata and half regular Tomato Sauce )
90ml Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Fresh Basil
Optional:
Sugar
( to remove the tomato's acidity )
