TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: this Celery Tomato Sauce is a sort of Bolognese Sauce without all that fuss that normally comes with it. No meat, perfect for everyone.
The benefits of celery are today quite clear, it's an excellent source of antioxidants and beneficial enzymes, in addition to vitamins and minerals such as vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, folate and vitamin B6 and protects the lining of the stomach and reduced the incidence of ulcers.

Directions:
01 - Chop Onions, Carrots, Garlic and Celery.
02 - Place the chopped vegetables into an electric mixer, add some water and mix for 10-15 seconds.
03 - Move the mixture into a deep saucepan.
04 - Add Chopped Tomato Sauce, Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
05 - Serve with Pasta or Bread.
Notes:
- Garnish with chopped Celery or top with Parmesan Cheese.

I have serious problems following rules. First time I followed a recipe with celery in it I found it bland. Second time I doubled on the garlic and onions and pepper. third time I finally decided to follow the recipe from start to end and it turned out delicious.
