I tried adding a bit of tofu in place of Aburaage, and it was still delicious. This recipe is super adaptable. Big thanks for sharing!

Always wondered how to bring out the best in Komatsuna, and this recipe nailed it. The Bonito Dashi gave it such a rich taste. Loved every bite.
