Went a little rogue and used white sesame seeds and almond meal. Oh my goodness, the result was nothing short of spectacular! |
I went all in and used an entire egg, plus an extra tablespoon of water. Everything held together like a dream. The end result? Cookies that are absolutely mouthwatering. |
The dough felt like it needed some TLC, so I added more butter. Best decision ever! They're some of the tastiest cookies I've made in my life. Hats off to you! |

Had a bit of a scare with the dough; it was kinda dry and crumbly. Poured in some milk and it worked like magic. Even though my oven runs a bit hot and I forgot to pull them out early, they didn't dry out. It all turned out good in the end. |
First try was with regular flour and they were pretty good. Got me thinking, next time I'm definitely swapping out for almond flour. Can't wait to taste that version. |

My dough was acting up, not holding shape and all, so I drizzled in some milk. Worked like a charm and the flavor, oh boy, spot on!
