I used whole wheat pastry flour instead of normal flour. I also used soy milk instead of milk. So tasty! |
Really soft, I used less baking powder and buttered my pan. Topped it with honey. Don't mix the batter too much. |

So good! I've had my new waffle iron for ten days and I've used this recipe every day. Like the recipe says, I make the batter the night before so all I have to do is heat the waffle iron. So tasty! |
