OREO RECIPE: My family generally has very healthy eating habits, so, when I make these cake, they usually end up in my neighbour's belly rather then ours.
Calling this a three-ingredient ice cream cake is not a bit of a stretch as there are really only three ingredients. No kidding.
A few hours in the freezer and served still frozen, the Oreo cookies base is probably the best part of the whole cake as it combines the cookie and cream all together in a single giant biscuit.
With only three ingredients, about ten minutes prep time and less calories per serving, you can now kiss Baskin Robbins goodbye.

01 - Chop 30 Oreos in a food processor until finely ground.
02 - Add ground Oreos to a bowl containing half cup Butter and mix to combine.
03 - Move the Oreo Mixture into a cake mould and tap to compact forming the base of your cake.
04 - Using the same bowl you used in direction number 02, combine Ice Cream and Oreos. Break into the Vanilla Ice Cream about 5 Oreos, and mix.
05 - Pour the Ice Cream on the Oreo Base into the cake mould, and top with 5 crushed Oreos.
06 - Freeze for at least 4 hours.
