NUTELLA RECIPE: I love Nutella.
If you are a regular visitor over here at Uncut Recipes, you would totally be well aware of those facts.
I grew up eating Nutella, having stomach cramps, diarrhea and sometimes crying. But i never stopped. I'm an idiot! I know! DON'T YOU JUDGE ME!!!

I have made cookies filled with Nutella before, but that was a long time ago, and these are a different cookie recipe. Super eary! Even better!
Seriously, I made this recipe ridiculously easy, and the result is delicious Nutella cookies that have only three ingredients! You can't ask any better, can you?

01 - Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F degrees.
02 - Cream the butter until soft.
03 - Add the Sugar to the Butter, gradually and slowly, and beat until light and fluffy.
04 - Sift in the flour and mix just until the dough comes together.
05 - Roll the dough into small balls. Make as many as you can.
06 - Gently flatten the balls into discs.
07 - Place all the disks on a cooking aper on anoven tray, and place the dough discs few inches apart.
08 - Spoon some Nutella on each disc.
09 - Cover with another flattened disc.
10 - Seal the rounded edges if the discs by making regular impressions with a fork.
11 - Bake for 15 minutes.
