    TRADITIONAL JAPANESE RECIPE: An unique Keto Loaf made with Almond & Coconut Flour and Cream Cheese to guarantee its softness.

      200gr Cream Cheese
      ( room temperature )

      6 Eggs

      175ml Heavy Whipping Cream

      125gr melted Butter
      ( or melted Coconut Oil )

      110gr Almond Flour

      100gr Coconut Flour

      100 Flaxseed

      50gr Sesame Seeds

      30gr Ground Psyllium Husk Powder

      15gr Baking Powder

      6gr Salt

      5gr Ground Fennel Seeds
      ( or Ground Caraway Seeds)



      Topping:

      10gr Poppy Seeds
      ( or Sesame Seeds )

      7.05oz Cream Cheese
      ( room temperature )

      6 Eggs

      6.17oz Heavy Whipping Cream

      4.40oz melted Butter
      ( or melted Coconut Oil )

      3.88oz Almond Flour

      3.52oz Coconut Flour

      3.52oz Flaxseed

      1.76oz Sesame Seeds

      1.05oz Ground Psyllium Husk Powder

      0.52oz Baking Powder

      0.21oz Salt

      0.17oz Ground Fennel Seeds
      ( or Ground Caraway Seeds)



      Topping:

      0.35oz Poppy Seeds
      ( or Sesame Seeds )




    • Cups:

       

       

       

      1 cup minus 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese
      ( room temperature )

      6 Eggs

      0.75 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

      Half cup melted Butter
      ( or melted Coconut Oil )

      1 cup minus 1.5 tablespoons Almond Flour

      1 cup minus 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour

      Half cup Flaxseed

      5.5 tablespoons Sesame Seeds

      2 tablespoons Ground Psyllium Husk Powder

      3 teaspoons Baking Powder

      1 teaspoon Salt

      1 teaspoon Ground Fennel Seeds
      ( or Ground Caraway Seeds)



      Topping:

      1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
      ( or Sesame Seeds )




     

     

     

    Directions:


     

    01 - Preheat the oven to 175C / 350F.

    02 - In a large bowl, mix all dry Ingredients.

    03 - In a separate bowl, combine all the remaining Ingredients and whisk until smooth.

    04 - Now, combine the wet and dry mixtures and mix thoroughly.

    05 - Place the Dough just formed in a greased bread pan, about 10x18cm / 4x7in (non-stick or use parchment paper).

    06 - Sprinkle the Poppy Seeds over the top.

    07 - Place the bread pan on the lower tack of the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.

    08 - The bread is ready when if pricked with a knife, the knife comes out clean.

    09 - Turn the oven off and remove the Bread from the Oven and it's pan.

    10 - Remove the parchment paper and let the Loaf cool on a rack.

    11 - Serve it freshly baked with your favorite toppings.





    Notes:


    - If you let the Loaf cool inside the pan, the crust will be soggy.

    - Unfortunately if you cannot eat dairy, you should skip this recipe as there isn't a good alternative for the Cream Cheese.

    - If you suffer from Divertikulitis, avoid seeds in general.
