TRADITIONAL JAPANESE RECIPE: This simple Keto Bun Bread Recipe will leave you with wanting more and more. It really takes so littel to put together and it gives a wonderful crispy crust and soft core.
Each Bun contains about 2 net carbs, only 1/10 of a regular bun, and this Keto Bread is 100% Gluten Free.
While the Eggs and the Ground Psyllium are very hard to replace, you can actually replace the Almond Flour with Coconut Flour. Replace the amout of Almond Flour for a third as much of Coconut Flour and double the number of Egg Whites.
Cut it in half and savor it with whatever you like!
