    Japanese Teriyaki Chicken Noodles ( 麺照り焼きチキン ) Recipe

    TRADITIONAL JAPANESE RECIPE: This is gonna be a super easy recipe using some Ramen noodles. Heat the olive oil over high heat in a wok or skillet. Add the carrot, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and white parts of the green onions and stir fry for one minute. Add the sauce, sesame oil, chicken, and green onions. Stir to combine and cook for 30 seconds. Add the cooked noodles and toss to combine and heat through. Serve immediately. Done!

      250gr Boneless Skinless Grilled Chicken Thighs
      ( cut into strips )

       

      100ml Homemade Teriyaki Sauce or store-bought

      100gr Bean Sprouts

       

      1 Large Carrot
      ( thinly diagonally sliced or into strips )

       

      1 Large Onion
      ( thinly diagonally sliced or into strips )

       

      2 Bamboo Shoots
      ( cut into strips )

       

      30ml Sesame Oil
      ( or simple Olive Oil )

      10.5oz Dried Fine Egg Noodles

       

      8.8oz Boneless Skinless Grilled Chicken Thighs
      ( cut into strips )

       

      3.5oz Homemade Teriyaki Sauce or store-bought

      ( Recipe Here )

       

      3.5oz Bean Sprouts

       

      1 Large Carrot
      ( thinly diagonally sliced or into strips )

       

      1 Large Onion
      ( thinly diagonally sliced or into strips )

       

      2 Bamboo Shoots
      ( cut into strips )

       

      1oz Sesame Oil
      ( or simple Olive Oil )




    • Cups:

       

       

       

      2 standard bags Dried Fine Egg Noodles

       

      5 Boneless Skinless Grilled Chicken Thighs
      ( cut into strips )

       

      0.5 cup Homemade Teriyaki Sauce or store-bought

      ( Recipe Here )

       

      1 cup Bean Sprouts

       

      1 Large Carrot
      ( thinly diagonally sliced or into strips )

       

      1 Large Onion
      ( thinly diagonally sliced or into strips )

       

      2 Bamboo Shoots
      ( cut into strips )

       

      2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
      ( or simple Olive Oil )




     

     

     

    Directions:


     

    01 - Heat the Oil over high heat in a wok or skillet.

     

    02 - Add the Carrot, Bamboo Shoots, Bean Sprouts, and Onion and stir fry for one minute.

     

    03 - Add the Teriyaki Sauce ( Teriyaki Sauce Recipe Here ), Sesame Oil, Chicken, and Green Onions. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.

     

    04 - Add the cooked Noodles and toss to combine and heat through.

     

    05 - Serve immediately.
