0.5 Onion
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Italian Parsley

TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: Easy and quick to make, thanks to a few ingredients always present in the pantry, this Smoked Salmon Pasta Recipe is a great classic, just like Penne alla Vodka!
In this case too, the cream is inevitable. But the irresistible creaminess of this recipe will help to dilute the strong taste of the smoked salmon, for everyone to enjoy.
This Smoked Salmon Pasta Recipe is incredibly flexible. For example, you could use fresh Salmon in combination with Paccheri or Tagliolini Pasta, or with potatoes or courgettes.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Italian Parsley
Black Pepper
Cups:
2 cups Smoked Salmon
4 portions Pasta
1 cup Fresh Cream
0.5 Onion
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
01 - To make this awesome Salmon Pasta Recipe, start by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
02 - While you wait for the Pasta to cook, cut the Salmon into strips (or pieces). Set aside.
03 - Chop the Onion and Parsley. Set aside.
04 - Heat the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large frying pan and saute the Onion for a few minutes or until transparent.
05 - Add the Smoked Salmon and cook for about 5 minutes on a medium heat.
06 - After having sautéed the Salmon for a few minutes, add the Fresh Cream and cook until a smooth cream has started forming, then turn off the heat.
07 - When Pasta is cooked al dente, drain and transfer it directly into the pan.
08 - Turn the heat back on, add some Black Pepper to taste, and mix well.
09 - Cook to reduce the Cream to the desired thickness.
10 - Top with chopped Parsley and immediately serve your Smoked Salmon Pasta!
Notes:
- The Fresh Cream can be replaced with whole milk.
- You can use Dill instead of Parsley.
- Taste the Sauce and season with Salt if necessary, but keep in mind that the salmon should already make it quite savory!
