TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: Pizza Pillows are similar from the most famous and popular dish from the Italian city of Bari, Panzerotti.
Panzerotti are deep fried pockets of Dough stuffed with a variety of fillings, totally unhealthy, while these are more acceptable.
Two of the most common fillings are Mozzarella and Tomatoes.
Honestly speaking, these are not my favourite. I'm more into Panzerotti, which I unfortunately eat only a couple of times every 10 years. :( when I travel to Milan, Italy, my hometown.
