    TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: This unique looking Salmon Pasta recipe requires only a few ingredients... quick and easy it will take about 30 minutes to make, making it one of the most amazing dishes you'll ever try.

    The only downside is that there isn't cream nor sauce to be saved in the fridge... you'll have to make it from scratch every single time.

      400g Smoked Salmon

      320g Pasta

      118gr Water

      0.5 Onion

      50g Butter

      Extra Virgin Olive Oil

      Fresh Sage

      Sage Powder

      14.10oz Smoked Salmon

      22.28oz Pasta

      4.16oz Water

      0.5 Onion

      1.76oz Butter

      Extra Virgin Olive Oil

      Fresh Sage

      Sage Powder




    • Cups:

       

       

       

      2 cups Smoked Salmon

      4 portions Pasta

      0.5 cup Water

      0.5 Onion

      0.25 cup Butter

      Extra Virgin Olive Oil

      Fresh Sage

      Sage Powder




     

     

     

    Directions:


     

    01 - Start by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.

    02 - While you wait for the Pasta to cook, chop the Onion, place in a small bowl and set aside.

    03 - Now cut the Salmon and set aside.

    04 - In a large frying pan heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Butter and Water, and cook Onion and Smoked Salmon until the water has evaporated.

    05 - After having cooked the Salmon for a few minutes, add the Sage, then turn off the heat.

    06 - When Pasta is cooked al dente, drain and transfer it directly into the pan, mix well and serve.







    Notes:


     

    - Try not to fry the Salmon. Maintain everything as healthier as possible.
