TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: no matter what you decide to turn into a pizza 'thing'... it will always taste awesome. I guess this is because the combination of Tomato Sauce, Cheese, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and Basil is equal to perfection.
This recipe is incredibly easy. All you need to have at home is a french or italian baguette ( keep in mind this Margherita Pizza Bread Bites recipe doesn't really work with any kind of bread. You will really need a french or italian baguette ), a good Passata, which is basically blended tomato sauce, Parmesan and pizza Cheese, Extra-Virgin Olive oil, and fresh basil.
The difference between the french and the italian baguette is in the ingredients. In France, not only they do not put any fat in their breads, but it is illegal. Therefore baguette is even simpler than the italian counterpart.

I really love this recipe. I change it a little every time I make it based on the things I have left in the fridge but I always come back here. This is a real keeper. I've added pesto and that's my favourite twist.
